Specifically, it is almost disingenuous to put Shamans and Paladins in a tier below Priests when they bring some of the best buffs in the game and are critical to every raid composition. Disco, RSham and Hpala are the best performers and most wanted. Out of those 3 shaman would be my choice (okay a little biased). We got fun utility, a bunch of roots, a stun, hex, big chain heals, and our lava bursts are pretty powerful.
